This policy applies to the Seenzus website and web application at seenzus.ai, the directly distributed Android application with package name ai.seenzus.app, and related services. Seenzus is operated by 元神未来（深圳）科技有限公司, a company registered in Shenzhen, Guangdong, People's Republic of China. The company is the service provider and controller responsible for the processing described here. - Voice data: audio you intentionally record and submit, its format and the resulting transcript. The original audio is handled transiently by Seenzus servers and Alibaba Cloud DashScope for transcription and is not written to the Seenzus business database as a long-term record. Where information comes from信息来源
Information comes from you, other authorised members of your Smart Space, the Home Assistant or MQTT Bridge you connect, authentication providers, and the systems used to operate and secure the service.信息可能来自你、Smart Space 中其他获授权成员、你接入的 Home Assistant 或 MQTT Bridge、登录服务商，以及用于运行和保护服务的系统。

AI and automated processingAI 与自动化处理
To generate a reply, understand device state, run a task or organise memory, Seenzus may send your message and the space, device, weather, rule or memory context needed for that request directly to DeepSeek (Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd.), the model provider Seenzus uses. Requests are no longer routed through a third-party model aggregator. The model and provider may change as service configuration changes, and we will update this policy if the recipient changes.为生成回复、理解设备状态、执行任务或整理记忆，Seenzus 可能把你的消息，以及完成该请求所需的空间、设备、天气、规则或记忆上下文直接发送给 Seenzus 所使用的模型服务商 DeepSeek（杭州深度求索人工智能基础技术研究有限公司）。请求不再经由第三方模型聚合平台中转。模型和服务商可能随服务配置变化；如接收方发生变更，我们会更新本政策。

Voice audio is sent to Alibaba Cloud DashScope only after you accept the just-in-time voice notice, grant the operating-system microphone permission, and intentionally record and submit audio. Seenzus does not use the audio for voiceprint identification or advertising and does not record in the background.只有在你接受语音功能即时告知、授予操作系统麦克风权限并主动录制提交后，语音音频才会发送至阿里云 DashScope 进行转写。Seenzus 不使用相关音频进行声纹识别或广告投放，也不会在后台录音。
Who receives information信息接收方
We disclose only the information reasonably needed to operate the service. Current recipients and processors are described in the Third-party Information Sharing List and include Railway and related infrastructure, DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud DashScope, Resend for account email, PostHog when product analytics is enabled, Google and GitHub when you choose social sign-in, user-controlled Home Assistant and Seenzus MQTT Bridge infrastructure, MET Norway, and Open-Meteo. Members of a Smart Space can see information within their authorised scope. Ordinary members cannot use the resident interface to read another member's private conversations. Authorised Seenzus staff may access relevant account information, including conversation content, when reasonably needed for support, security, abuse prevention or fault investigation; such access is role-controlled and audited.Smart Space 成员可以查看其权限范围内的信息。普通成员不能通过住户界面读取其他成员的私人对话。获授权的 Seenzus 员工可在客服、安全、防滥用或故障排查合理需要时访问相关账户信息，包括对话内容；此类访问受角色权限限制并留有审计记录。

International processing跨境处理
Seenzus and its providers may process information outside the country or region where you live. Hosting and related infrastructure may be located in the United States; model requests are processed by DeepSeek in mainland China; voice transcription is processed by Alibaba Cloud DashScope. Retention and deletion保存与删除
We keep account and Smart Space information while the account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service, resolve disputes and comply with law. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including password hashing, tenant isolation, access controls, audited staff access, encrypted storage of manually configured MQTT passwords, rate limits and privacy-aware logging. Seenzus uses necessary cookies for authentication, session security and related account functions. Browser storage is used for language, theme, current place and interface preferences. seenzus is intended only for people aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must not register for an account or use the service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Android application and microphone permissionAndroid 应用与麦克风权限
The Android private-beta package ai.seenzus.app currently loads the Seenzus service from seenzus.ai in an application WebView. The app requests microphone access only when you choose voice input. Declining or revoking the permission leaves text input available. Uninstalling the Android app clears app data controlled by Android but does not by itself close your Seenzus account or delete information held on Seenzus servers.
