These Terms form an agreement between you and 元神未来（深圳）科技有限公司, the operator of Seenzus. By creating an account or using Seenzus, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.本协议由你与 Seenzus 的运营者元神未来（深圳）科技有限公司订立。创建账户或使用 Seenzus，即表示你同意本协议并确认已阅读《隐私政策》。如果你不同意，请勿使用服务。
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. People under 18 may not register for an account or use seenzus, even with permission from a parent or guardian. If you use seenzus for an organisation or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act for them.你必须年满 18 周岁并具备订立本协议所需的民事行为能力。未满 18 周岁者不得注册账户或使用 seenzus，即使已经取得父母或监护人许可也不例外。代表组织或他人使用 seenzus 时，你确认自己拥有相应授权。
The service服务内容
Seenzus is an AI-assisted smart-space service that can connect to user-authorised Home Assistant and MQTT Bridge installations. Features may include device display and control, conversations, rules, memories, scheduled tasks, weather and voice transcription. Features may change as the service develops.Seenzus 是 AI 辅助的智能空间服务，可以连接用户授权的 Home Assistant 和 MQTT Bridge。功能可能包括设备展示与控制、对话、规则、记忆、定时任务、天气和语音转写，并可能随产品发展发生变化。

Accounts and security账户与安全
Provide accurate information, protect your password and sign-in providers, and keep recovery details current. You are responsible for activity authorised through your account except where responsibility cannot legally be assigned to you.你应提供准确的信息，妥善保护密码和第三方登录账户，并保持账户恢复信息有效。除法律规定不能由你承担的情形外，你应对通过账户授权的活动负责。
Tell us promptly at support@seenzus.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not share staff credentials, impersonate another person or bypass access controls.如果怀疑账户遭到未经授权的访问，请尽快联系 support@seenzus.com。你不得共享员工凭据、冒用他人身份或绕过访问控制。
Smart Spaces, members and authoritySmart Space、成员与授权
You may connect only places, Home Assistant instances, bridges, devices and data that you own, manage or are authorised to use. You are responsible for selecting invitees and assigning an appropriate access scope.你只能连接自己拥有、管理或已获得合法授权的场所、Home Assistant 实例、Bridge、设备和数据，并负责选择受邀成员和设置适当权限范围。
Information about devices, shared memories and activity may be visible to authorised members. You must provide any notice required to household members, staff, visitors or others affected by sensors, automation or AI use in the space.设备、共享记忆和活动信息可能对获授权成员可见。你应向家庭成员、员工、访客或空间内其他受传感器、自动化或 AI 影响的人提供法律要求的说明。
AI and automation limitationsAI 与自动化的限制
AI output is probabilistic and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Verify important facts, device state and the physical environment before acting. Commands may fail, be delayed, repeat or not reflect reality because of network, bridge, Home Assistant, provider or device faults.AI 输出具有概率性，可能错误、不完整或过时。采取行动前应核实重要事实、设备状态和现实环境。网络、Bridge、Home Assistant、服务商或设备故障可能导致命令失败、延迟、重复或无法反映实际情况。
Seenzus is not an alarm, emergency, medical or life-safety system. Do not rely on it for fire, gas, medical care, personal safety, secure entry, critical infrastructure or any situation where failure could cause serious injury or property damage. AI output is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.Seenzus 不是报警、紧急、医疗或生命安全系统。请勿依赖它处理火灾、燃气、医疗照护、人身安全、安全门禁、关键基础设施或失败可能造成重大人身或财产损害的事项。AI 输出不构成医疗、法律、财务或其他专业意见。
Voice语音功能
Voice features run only after you intentionally record and submit audio. You must have permission to record and submit the audio and must not record another person's private conversation without authority.语音功能只会在你主动录制并提交音频后运行。你必须有权录制和提交相关音频，不得未经许可录制他人的私人谈话。
Acceptable use可接受使用
You must not use Seenzus to:你不得使用 Seenzus 从事以下行为：
- Break the law, infringe rights, defraud, harass, discriminate against or harm another person.违法、侵权、欺诈、骚扰、歧视或伤害他人。
- Access accounts, devices, networks or data without authority, or evade rate limits and security controls.未经授权访问账户、设备、网络或数据，或规避限流和安全措施。
- Upload malicious code, disrupt the service, probe vulnerabilities without written permission or misuse credentials.上传恶意代码、破坏服务、未经书面许可探测漏洞或滥用凭据。
- Submit personal data, confidential information, recordings or copyrighted material you have no right to use.提交你无权使用的个人信息、保密信息、录音或版权内容。
- Use external tools to copy or redistribute third-party content at scale without permission.利用外部工具大规模复制或传播未经许可的第三方内容。
- Use the service for weapons, critical infrastructure or other high-risk automation.将服务用于武器、关键基础设施或其他高风险自动化。
Your content你的内容
You retain rights you lawfully hold in messages, names, rules, memories, audio and other content you submit. You grant Seenzus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, copying, transmitting, transforming and otherwise processing that content as needed to provide, secure and support the service.你保留对所提交的消息、名称、规则、记忆、音频和其他内容依法享有的权利。你授予 Seenzus 一项非独占、全球范围、免许可费且仅限于提供、保护和支持服务所需的许可，使我们可以托管、复制、传输、转换和处理这些内容。
This licence ends when the content is deleted or the account is closed, except for limited backup, legal retention and information lawfully de-identified. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content.内容删除或账户关闭后，该许可终止，但有限期限的备份、法定留存和依法去标识化的信息除外。你确认自己拥有提交相关内容所需的权利和许可。
Seenzus intellectual propertySeenzus 的知识产权
Except for user content and third-party materials, the service, software, interface, brand, documentation and original content belong to 元神未来（深圳）科技有限公司 or the relevant rights holder. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.除用户内容和第三方材料外，服务、软件、界面、品牌、文档和原创内容归元神未来（深圳）科技有限公司或相应权利人所有。本协议仅授予你有限、可撤销、不可转让的服务使用权，不转让任何所有权。
Third-party services第三方服务
Seenzus depends on third-party products such as Home Assistant, DeepSeek as the model provider, DashScope, Google, GitHub, weather services and messaging infrastructure. Their terms may apply to your use. We do not control their continued availability or guarantee the accuracy of their information.Seenzus 依赖 Home Assistant、作为模型服务商的 DeepSeek（深度求索）、DashScope、Google、GitHub、天气服务和消息基础设施等第三方产品。你的使用可能同时受其条款约束；我们无法控制这些服务是否持续可用，也不保证其信息始终准确。
Fees费用
Creating an account does not by itself authorise an automatic charge. If Seenzus introduces a paid plan or feature, the applicable price, allowance, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before you purchase it.创建账户本身不代表你授权自动扣费。如果 Seenzus 推出付费方案或功能，我们会在购买前说明价格、额度、续费、取消和退款规则。
Changes, availability and termination变更、可用性与终止
We may improve, add, restrict or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of changes with a material adverse effect where practical. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device and provider.我们可能改进、增加、限制或停止部分功能；在合理可行时，会对产生重大不利影响的变更作出合理通知。我们会努力维持服务，但不承诺服务始终不中断、无错误或兼容所有设备和服务商。
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, security threat, infringement or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account closure at support@seenzus.com. Data after closure is handled under the Privacy Policy.为处理严重违约、安全威胁、侵权或法律风险，我们可能在合理必要时限制或暂停访问。你可以随时停止使用服务，并通过 support@seenzus.com 请求关闭账户；关闭后的数据依《隐私政策》处理。
Disclaimers and responsibility免责声明与责任
To the extent permitted by law, Seenzus is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make guarantees beyond these Terms about AI output, third-party data, device compatibility or third-party services.在法律允许的范围内，Seenzus 按“现状”和“可用状态”提供。对于 AI 输出、第三方数据、设备兼容性或第三方服务，我们不作超出本协议明确内容的保证。
Neither party is responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss to the extent such a limitation is lawful. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or personal injury where applicable.在法律允许限制的范围内，任何一方均不对间接或无法合理预见的损失负责。本协议不排除法定消费者权利，也不排除依法不得排除的责任，包括适用时因欺诈、故意不当行为或人身伤害产生的责任。
Disputes and applicable law争议与适用法律
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory law in your place of residence provides non-waivable protections. Contact support@seenzus.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. If it cannot be resolved, either party may bring the dispute before a court with jurisdiction at the company's domicile, unless mandatory law gives you the right to use another court or regulator.本协议适用中华人民共和国法律，但你居住地的强制性法律另有不可放弃的保护规定时除外。发生争议时，请先联系 support@seenzus.com，以便双方尝试协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可向元神未来（深圳）科技有限公司住所地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼，但强制性法律赋予你选择其他法院或监管机构权利的除外。
Changes and contact协议变更与联系我们
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the application, website or registered email where reasonably appropriate. If law requires renewed consent, we will request it before the updated terms apply.我们可能更新本协议。对用户权利义务有重大影响的变更，会在合理适当时通过应用、网站或注册邮箱通知；法律要求重新同意的，我们会在新条款适用前取得同意。

Android application and private betaAndroid 应用与内测
Seenzus grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Android application on devices you control for personal or authorised organisational use. You may not bypass security controls, extract credentials, distribute modified packages or represent an unofficial package as an authorised Seenzus release.Seenzus 授予你一项有限、可撤销、非独占且不可转让的许可，使你可以在自己控制的设备上安装和使用 Android 应用，用于个人用途或经授权的组织用途。你不得绕过安全措施、提取凭据、分发修改后的安装包，或将非官方安装包表示为 Seenzus 授权版本。
The current private-beta application loads service content from seenzus.ai and may therefore receive interface and service updates without a new APK. Network availability, Android System WebView, device settings and third-party services can affect compatibility. Your mobile carrier or network provider may charge for data use.当前内测应用从 seenzus.ai 加载服务内容，因此界面和服务可能在不重新发布 APK 的情况下更新。网络连接、Android System WebView、设备设置和第三方服务均可能影响兼容性；移动运营商或网络服务商可能收取流量费用。
Microphone access is optional and used only for voice input after your authorisation. Voice transcription may be inaccurate; verify important text and device instructions before sending or confirming them. Uninstalling the application does not close your account or delete server-side information.麦克风权限属于可选权限，仅在你授权后用于语音输入。语音转写可能不准确，发送或确认重要文字和设备指令前应自行核对。卸载应用不等于注销账户，也不会自动删除服务端信息。
If a later distribution channel or app store imposes mandatory platform terms, those terms apply to your use of that channel. They do not replace these Terms or expand Seenzus' rights to your content.如果后续分发渠道或应用商店规定了必须适用的平台条款，你使用相关渠道时也应遵守该等条款；平台条款不会取代本协议，也不会扩大 Seenzus 对你提交内容的权利。
